Exchange & Return Policy

All products on Juice Box are for final sale and cannot be returned. However we are happy to negotiate your situation and offer the best option in accordance to our return and exchange policy.

• We can offer a refund only if the item is inadequate and not matching the listing description.

• We unfortunately cannot offer a refund for items that were damaged during shipping as the postal system is not under our control.

• Depending on the type of item, we are happy to offer you an exchange excluding the shipping. for more specific cases, please contact us through juiceboxstore@gmail.com

• All handmade dice are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged as they are all one of a kind and are limited in stock. 

• All dice imperfections and flaws are written on the listing description therefore cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

• Refunds cannot be issued for an item that arrives later than the estimated shipping time as the postal service is not in our control.
